2017 Registration:

1. Self-Registration with Payment

MyFootballClub (MFC) provides a detailed step-by-step guide to the online registration process, which is accessed at the MFC website.

  • Login:

  1. Go to the MyFootballClub website: www.myfootballclub.com.au
  2. Click on “Register Now”
  3. Select “Player Registration”
  4. Follow the prompts to proceed to login pages, find your FFA number and/or reset your password, or create a new FFA number is you do not already have one.
  5. Login using your FFA number and password
  • Start Registration

  1. Once logged in, select “Make a Registration” or “Register Now”
  2. Update contact details if necessary.
  3. On the next screen, enter The Blaxland Football Club. NB: If you get a message saying there are no packages then click OK and check the club name. ***MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT CLUB***
  4. Select the Registration role as: “Player” NB: If this is the first time you have registered to play football in Australia you will need to confirm whether you played in another country
  5. Select the correct Registration Package that applies for your registration.
  6. Click the “Add” button.
  7. Click the Next button at the bottom of the screen.
  8. Read and acknowledge the Terms and Conditions then click Next.
  9. Click on “Pay Now” to pay online with a credit card (VISA or MasterCard). NB: Payment must be made before a registration can be accepted.
  10. Answer the questions on the final page and click the “Save All Answers” button. Your registration has now been submitted.

Each Player registered must be processed and paid for separately.

2. Self-Registration Without Payment

Follow Option 1 Instructions up to point 9). Please print the invoice that is generated and bring it with you to the Club Registration Day – we accept cash, credit card and eftpos.

* Please note registrations not completed and paid for online will only take place at the clubhouse – there will be no exceptions to this policy.

3. Registration At Clubhouse (NOTE 2 DAYS ONLY THIS YEAR)

Rego days - 28th January, 5th February

Saturday 28th January 10:30am to 3:30pm

Sunday 5th February    11:00am to 3:00pm

We will have two laptops at the Clubhouse to generate a FFA number and select registration packages if you require assistance. This option is really only for those who don’t have access to the internet, or who require assistance. It is very time consuming.

There were extensive delays in registering at the clubhouse if you have not completed on-line registration. So you would be wise to get in early!

Option 1 is the easiest and most preferred option, however we will offer this third option.

 

Additional questions

In order to complete your registration, you must complete the Additional Questions in the MYFOOTBALLCLUB process. These are after the payment step, before the registration is finalised.

The additional questions are extremely important in ensuring players are allocated to the correct teams, and they also provide the club with important information to improve the running of the club and the services the club provides to members. In addition we encourage all over 18, parents and care givers to allow the club to share your contact details with our major sponsors.

PHOTOS

All NEW PLAYERS and PLAYERS turning 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18, you must update your registration photo ON-LINE uploaded to MyFootballClub; otherwise a $5 fee applies at the clubhouse. (don’t forget you can UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO when registering ON-LINE).

If you are going to wear GLASSES while playing---your photo will need to be in the glasses. Only sports glasses are acceptable.

Option 1

You are now able to either scan (ie school photo’s) or take your own digital photo (even on your smart phone) and upload it in MyFootballClub to your player registration.

All photos must be:

  • Well positioned – head only (please crop)

  • Good light

  • Clear image, no blurs

  • Easily identifiable

 

Sample My Football Club image - They should be similar to passport photos. Any photo’s that do not meet the above requirements will not be accepted/processed.

Option 2

We will still be offering the service of having your photo taken and uploaded at the Clubhouse on registration days, however there will be a $5 per player charge to cover our costs.

All players choosing this option must come to the clubhouse during one of the registration sessions to complete their registration.

Clubhouse Registration Day (NOTE 2 DAYS ONLY THIS YEAR) see above.

Most players who register and pay online will not be required to attend a clubhouse registration day. Only the following players are required to attend a clubhouse registration day:

  • All new players are required to attend a clubhouse registration day, and are required to bring proof of age, for children a birth certificate, for adults photo I/D.

  • All players turning 6, 9, 12, 15 and 18 who need to have their photo taken digitally. If you are unable to take and upload your own photo to MYFOOTBALLCLUB, you must come to the clubhouse during one of the registration sessions to have your photo taken and complete the registration process. If you are going to wear glasses on field, they need to be sports glasses, and they must be worn for the photo.

  • Players who do not fall into one of the above categories, and have not paid their registration fees in full using the online payment facility in MyFootballClub. If you have any concerns regarding payment of fees we can consider payment plans or other options depending on individual circumstance; please contact the club Treasurer, Craig Wood at This email address is being protected from spambots.     * Photos taken at the clubhouse will now incur a $5 per player processing fee to cover our costs.

    Please ensure that before attending a clubhouse registration day you have completed the online registration process (whether or not you select the online payment option).

  • Payment

    Please note registrations that are not completed and paid for online will only take place at the clubhouse. There will be no exceptions to this policy.

    If you have paid your registration in full online (and uploaded your photo), and are not a new player, your registration is now complete and you are not required to attend a clubhouse registration day.

    Late fees will be incurred after the 15th February

    Late fees

    All registrations after the 15th February will attract a late fee of $30. After this date, registrations will only be taken to fill teams that are short of players.

    Fees not paid in full by 1 WEEK BEFORE COMPETION START,(ALL age groups), will result in the player not being eligible to play the first round of the season. Fees must be received in full before a player's registration is accepted and the player is eligible to play.

    Fees

    Note that last year we had no fees increase and we absorbed a 4% increase from NFA plus insurances. This year there have been further insurance increases and a general 2.5% increase from NFA. We can not absorb 6.5% and insurenaces but as a club we are holding the overall increase over two years to just 3% on avergae accross the registration age groups. Note that some age groups are higher as insurances, national, state and divisional charges all vary.

     

     Your continued support of your community businesses that sponsor your club will ensure we can hold our fees again into the future. Please continue to support them, so they can support us.

    Registration fees are payable in full, at the time of registering on-line 
    at the MyFootballClub website or bring your invoice / number for payment at the club house registration days.
     
    Fees paid after 15th February will incur a $30 late payment administration fee.
             
    The registration fee is a one-off, all inclusive fee (no weekly match payments). 
     It covers all NDSFA/FNSW/FFA registration fees, BFC fee, basic insurance, 
    BMCC grounds levy , presentation days, year book and referees fees.
             
    Note, deregistrations and transfers during the season
     will incur an NDSFA admin fee of $16.50 & BFC fee $13.50: Total $30

  •  Family discount

    Where you have more than one immediate family member playing, you will be eligible for the family discount. The first family member must pay the full fee. Every subsequent immediate family member is then eligible for the $40 family discount.

    When registering on MyFootballClub, please select for each family member claiming the family discount, an additional fee package named ‘Family Discount’. This will automatically deduct the $40 family discount on the final invoice.

    Please note that where a family discount is incorrectly claimed, the registration must be paid in full before that player will be eligible to play.

    Merchandise

    You will also have the option to purchase merchandise at the club registration days, junior muster and from the canteen throughout the season.
