Pennant Finals Blaxland 7 Glenmore Park 1
WOW! What a fantastic game played by all team members. 7 sensational goals scored by the 2 forwards and 3 midfielders. Defense and midfield players were particularly strong. Goal keepers (as usual) were outstanding. Well done Redbacks!

Blaxland 3 St Clair 1. Excellent game by the Redbacks.
Liam Foulds scored a superb goal. Ryley Hughes always dependable in midfield and defense. Daniel Short and Joshua Arundell worked hard.

A good win to finish a great season. All boys trained and played well this season with determination, skill and sportsmanship. The supporters have thoroughly enjoyed watching every match. Thanks to all the parents for their commitment to the team by being on time and always attending training, this is what makes our whole team dynamic easy & great. BFC Panthers 0 vs SPRG Bears 1
We experienced our first loss of the season. The boys took it well reflecting on how much fun it was playing to their full potential. Saying this the opposition was short on players and in true sportmanship Liam Robinson and Ben Crilley offered to help them out. Both these players significantly contributed to the goal and their win. Great game in attack & defence by Luke Zoglmeyer, Oscar Lowe (POW) tried his best to score against 3 strong defenders in the goal and Kiran Nath was awesome in defence. ASgreat game by all the team. The awks defended well and constantly counter-attacked through out the game. Connor Graham had a great game in defence stopping the opponents attacks with solid tackles. Byron Tatum was awesome all game and never stopped to rest.2010-07-24 - Under 13 Div 3

Blaxland 1, Springwood 6. A tough game but the team played well. A fantastic goal by Ben Scott. Well done to Jordan Bostock, Jarrod Green and Sam Hammond for keeping up the pressure.

Lions v Blue Mtns
A well played game by the boys. Jeremy Reed (POW)worked tirelessly and had two fine finishes in front of goal. Isaac Ebeling (AW) had a cracking strike and made his presence felt. Max Dibben and Jovi Highman-Smith worked hard all game along with Dylan Forster and Matthew Stevenson. Marley Blancato and Cameron Thatcher both had solid games.2010-07-24 - Girls Under 12 Div 1
The scoreline of a 3 nil loss to st clair didnt indicate the game .With only 9 players our girls fought tooth and nail creating many chances but to no avail.Leann(AA) played brilliantly in goal with absolutely no self preservation.Oona(AA) ,ashleigh and our player of the week Gaby played well at the back as did Holly,Emma and Chantelle in midfield .Aisha and Ally tried hard up front.An excellent effort girls especially being 2 players short .WELL DONE 2010-07-18 - Under 5 Panthers

BFC Panthers vs SPRG Giraffes
Our opposition started off strong with an early goal which startled the Panthers a little. A few more goals saved by Jack Murphy (Ach) kept us in the game til we found our pace in the second half. Good passing and footwork saw goals by Oscar Lowe (2), Zac Scoble, Luke Zoglmeyer and Liam Robinson (POW).

Blaxland 3, Glenmore Park 3. An excellent, evenly matched game. The team are playing really well. Congratulations to Alicia Clague for her big ‘throw ins’ and Jacob Tupper for doing fantastically in a variety of positions.2010-07-16 - Under 9 Lions
Lions v Hazelbrook. A very tight tussle from two evenly matched teams. Jovi Highman-Smith (POW)was a stalwart in defence and played a cameo up front late in the game. Max Dibben (AW) worked tirelessly and pestered the opposition when they had the ball. Jeremy Reed positioned himself well all game. Cameron Thatcher had stellar second half in goal along with Marley Blancato who ran well with the ball and was always looking to pass. A great team effort.2010-07-16 - Under 6 Cougars

Vs Emu Plains Emus. We played a excellent game this weekend. Terrific passing and goal scoring by Daniel Smith and Jake Hayllar (PoW). With solid and fearless defence by Christopher Cather(AAW)in goals and devastating tackling from Jai Malik. Divya Rola as every moved the ball forward in attack. A good close game with two evenly matched sides. Marley Blancato (POW) moved the ball well and was committed at the tackle. Toby Race (AW) had a great first half in goals before showing his skill out on the field. Jeremy Reed and Dylan Forster worked tirelessly along with Max Dibben who wanted to tackle everything that moved. Jovi Highman-Smith again put his body on the line. Vs Blue Mountains Grammar Lions.
A tough game for the Tigers, many of whom were tired out from Winmalee Cup the day before. A valiant effort was made by Goalies - Harrison McElrea and Lachlan Britton (Awe). A closely fought contest. Cameron Thatcher (POW) was outstanding in goal throwing himself at everything. Jacob Race (AW) showed good skill with the ball at his feet as he took the opposition on. Dylan Forster worked tirelessly along with Jovi Highman-Smith who put his body on the line.
A great effort from the boys.
